The 71-year-old ANC member – who is married to his wife of 13 years, Thembeka Ngcobo – was recorded embracing a beautiful who made it blatantly clear that she “wants him”.
In the 35-second-long video, the lady can be seen putting her arm around the minister before his hat falls to the ground. She then picks it up, puts it on his head and hugs him from the side as she says, “I want this man”.
Cele quickly pulls away from her and says “no, no, no.” He then puts his arm over her shoulder as she rubs his potbelly and laughs.
“I want this man. Look at his potbelly, [this is] a potbelly of wealth,” she says as Cele gently taps her hand, indicating for her to stop rubbing his stomach.
The pair then pose side by side, with the politician’s arm over the woman’s shoulder, and she holding his hand, as they laugh.
The woman tells Cele “You said we should meet here” when he jokingly asks “Where do they find people like you?”

In June this year, a photo of the police minister posing with a group of young ladies circulated on X (formerly Twitter).
The picture caused a stir as netizens wondered why Cele placed his right hand in his pocket. While there are various reasons behind the pose, social media users believe that it has sexual undertones.

Cele also set tongues wagging when a picture of him between two scantily-clad women went viral on social media in December.
The politician and the women, who wore orange crop tops, underwear and fishnet stockings, were pictured at Coco nightclub in Cape Town.
When Cele was made aware of the picture, he threatened to take legal action after controversial and murder-accused blogger Musa Khawula claimed one of the women in the image was the minister’s daughter.
Speaking on eNCA, Cele denied the claims and said he wanted them retracted or he would take legal action.
“There are two Khumbuza Celes but that’s not my daughter. My daughter is at home in Durban,” said Cele.
