Honourable Felix Mhona, the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Development, officially opened to traffic the newly rehabilitated, widened, and dualised Sam Nujoma extension, which connects Cork Road to Harare Drive.
This project is part of a broader initiative to modernize the nation’s roadways in alignment with the government’s vision of achieving an upper-middle-income economy by the year 2030.
During the inauguration ceremony, Minister Mhona expressed confidence that the accelerated infrastructure development being witnessed across the country would not only cater to the growing demand for efficient transport systems but would also play a crucial role in stimulating economic activities.
