President Mnangagwa commission the official opening of the Phase Two of Madokero Shopping Mall and Madokero Creek Housing Complex, Tynwald on Friday, 21 June 2024.
It is alleged that the two properties are wholly owned by the Public Service Pension Fund(PSDF) and are part of a large portfolio of investments aimed at growing the pension fund to ensure its viability for the long term.
In line with Vision 2030, Government is committed to continually improve the retirement prospects of public servants after they reach pensionable age.
Madokero Shopping Mall has three phases, the first phase which was officially opened to the market by his Excellency in December 2022. It is revealed that phase three is currently in completion stages.

Madokero Creek Housing Complex is one of the several commercial housing complexes in the PSDF investments portfolio.
