The Command and Staff Course (CSC) started enrolling officers from the Air Force leading to the establishment of an Air Faculty at the ZSC in 1995. The CSC was further transformed to become the Joint Command and Staff Course (JCSC) in January 1996. It has been run as such since then.
The composition of graduands reflects the inclusive nature of the Course which facilitates the cross pollination of ideas, skills & sharing of experiences to enhance our national security, that of the region & the continent as a whole.
