A heartbreaking incident in Masvingo has resulted in the d3ath of two young children after their mother, Blessing Chiromonyo, discovered her husband’s !nf!delity.
The 25-year-old woman has been taken into custody on murd3r charges following the tragedy that occurred on January 8, 2025.
The sh0cking events unfolded near a water canal in Section 4 of Triangle, where Chiromonyo allegedly took her daughters, ages three and seven, with the intention of ending their lives.

Reports indicate that after reaching the canal, Chiromonyo submerged herself and her children in the water, but while she was able to escape unharmed, the strong current tr@gically swept the children away, resulting in their drowning.
Initial police investigations suggest that the incident was precipitated by a domestic dispute between Chiromonyo and her husband, which escalated into a heated argument witnessed by nearby residents.
The confrontation revealed underlying issues that ultimately culminated in this devastating outcome, leaving two families in deep mourning for their innocent losses.
