HARARE – In a demonstration of excellent collaboration, the National Anti-Corruption of Zimbabwe (NACAZ) and the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) have arrested a 31-year-old man for possession of dangerous drugs and traffic offenses.
On June 5, 2025, at approximately 9:45 pm, NACAZ members, in conjunction with three ZRP officers from Harare Central, stopped a Toyota Runx registration number AEM 8493 driving against one-way traffic along Innez Terrace Road in Harare CBD.
A search conducted by ZRP members in the presence of NACAZ officials yielded two twists of dagga, two satchets of dagga, and two bottles of Bronclear. The accused, Elliot Zhanero, was also found driving without a valid driver’s license.
