Real Madrid defender, captain José Ignacio Fernández Iglesias, known as Nacho is planning to leave the club at the end the season.
In a tweet extracted from a renowned Italian sports journalist Fabrizio Romano, the tweet reads:
Nacho’s current plan remains to leave Real Madrid as free agent at the end of the season after his 6th Champions League final, waiting for official communication.
He’s considering options from MLS and Saudi Arabia, no intention to stay in Europe despite Inter links.
Nacho have won 25 titles with Real Madrid including the 36th La Liga tittle. The defender is one the four players with the most trophies in the club’s history.
His degree of commitment is beyond doubt and at no time will he give up. A professional to the max, it is in his mind to give everything in the moments he has left as a Real Madrid player, a club that, even if he leaves, will never be out or far from his mind.
