In a viral video footage circulating on social media captures the poignant moment when 58-year-old children’s nurse Patrice Sanders, who had expressed her final wish to donate her organs, is given a moving walk of honor after being taken off life support.
Sanders was removed from life support after battling of gastroenteritis and a bilateral stroke.
Her health continued to decline following these diagnoses.
‘She loved well, was well loved and is continuing to love others that she doesn’t even know,’ her sister Paige said.
