Allegations are that the “Dzokerai Kwamakabva” brigade hit hard at one notorious ZANU PF MP, Roy Bhila’s mother. She has been displaced from her home/farm by the regime in an operation that has found thousands, if not millions, losing their homes without notice and without compensation, after all those who built homes after 2000 were declared illegal settlers by the state.
According to the video, the woman lying on the ground is Mai Bhila, who tried to take her own life by throwing herself into a moving ZANU PF truck. Unfortunately, the vehicle stopped before causing any harm to her.
Sources from Masvingo told Change Radio that the operation stretched across the province, with places like Bhuka, Gutu, and Triangle being mentioned many times.
Roy Bhila and his younger brother, @Pachisolife, were alleged to have led and coordinated a team which spread propaganda on social media in support of ZANU PF and Emerson Mnangagwa in the time leading up to the 23 August elections.
The duo were accused of assembling thugs that caused untold suffering to innocent citizens across Chiredzi, including burning activists’ houses, facilitating arrests of CCC officials, as well as torture and coercion.
Roy Bhila won the Chiredzi North constituency seat in the 23 August elections, which were declared sham by SADC, AU and many other observer missions.
He was appointed deputy minister on 18 September before being removed from the ministerial post by Mnangagwa on 30 November.
Allegations are that the Bhila team (mother included) has been working with Chiwenga to advance an agenda against Emerson Mnangagwa, who is planning to extend his term as president of ZANU PF.
