Several people were k!lled on the spot and others were injured when two vehicles collided at the intersection of Robert Mugabe and Chiremba roads in Harare yesterday evening.
The crash involved a Honda Fit and a Toyota Mark X, both traveling towards the central business district.
The injured were assisted by passers-by and other drivers before ambulance services arrived.

The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has not yet confirmed details of the accident.
Witnesses reported that one of the drivers failed to properly navigate the intersection, leading to the crash.
“Both cars were speeding as they approached the intersection. We had to help pull the injur3d from the wreckage,” said one motorist.
