A terrible incident happened along Shamva road on Friday after a Toyota Sienta, filled with 13 people, was involved in a tr@gic coll!sion.
The pirate taxi was travelling from Harare to Shamva.
According to eye-witnesses, the vehicle hit a cow that had wandered onto the road.
This caused the van to lose control and crash into the oncoming lane.

Unfortunately, it collided head-on with a Toyota Land Cruiser that was carrying three passengers and was heading towards Harare.
Images circulating on social media show a shocking and tragic view as eight people from the van lost their lives right at the scene.
The ninth person was rushed to Shamva Hospital but sadly did not survive due to their injuries.
In total, nine lives were lost and eight others were injured, leaving behind feelings of deep sorrow for everyone involved.
