A Public Prosecutor stationed at the Harare Magistrate’s court, Pardon Dziva together with his co-accused ,Alex Tombe were impr!soned on the allegations of fr@ud.
According to Zanupf patriots, it is alleged that on November 15 2023,Dziva demanded US$20 000 from Wellington Takavarasha inorder to facilitate a lighter sentence for Henrietta Rushwaya who had been conv!cted for sm-ggling by Harare High Court.
Rushwaya agreed to meet up with Dziva at CABS Centre inorder to hand over the money but however met the co-accused as he demanded that he should be given the money.
However, Rushwaya refused to hand over the money to Tombe.

According to the court’s verdict, Dziva was sentenced to 10-years imprisonment of which 2-years was suspended for 5-years on good condition that he does not commit a similar offense while the second @ccused person was sentenced to 8-years imprisonment of which 2-years was suspended for 5-years.
