Zimbabwean musician Qounfuzed may have taken his desire to trend a little bit too far after allegedly leaking his nυde video as a way of promoting his newly released song.
The Kamunamato Kekubhawa singer was trending yesterday when his Instagram video call video leaked to the public.In the video, he was showing off his privates much to the amusement of unsuspecting fans.
In response to the shameful act, Qounfuzed updated his status asking his fans to delete and stop circulating the video in exchange for a new song.“Okay, let’s do this, if you all delete that video from your phones I will release new music… Deal?”
Surprisingly, he has just released a new song titled Nzvimbo Yako featuring Majesty. The song, according to Qounfuzed is from;
“a 6-track duo EP that I did with my talented brother @majesty.zw from Gweru he also produced a couple of my songs including Mhepo ft @Shashl we will be releasing more tracks from this EP gradually… In the meantime go listen to Nzvimbo Yako available everywhere…”
Most mainstream media outlets in Zimbabwe have been quiet about the latest scandal and source was the first to publish the story.
Social media enthusiasts including comedian BrytMats Vines have created Qounfuzed challenge videos mimicking him in the video.The musician seems unperturbed about the leaked video as he posted images while partying in Ibiza.
He has not even issued any public apology and judging by the silence of most media outlets. Something is happening in the background.
