In a sh0cking case of r0bbery and abu$e, Azion Kosiwe faces serious allegations after he reportedly ass@ulted a female victim by inserting his fingers into her private p@rts while searching for hidden cash during the heist.
This incident took place on January 19, when the victim and a colleague, both familiar with the vehicle, decided to board Kosiwe’s car, believing it was heading to Harare.
Once they reached a remote area, Kosiwe and his accomplices brandished knives, demanding money from all passengers.
During the ordeal, the victim, who ultimately lost $100 and her phones, described how Kosiwe’s actions inflicted incredible pain and humiliation upon her, leaving her traumatized and bl33ding.
She vividly recalled the harrowing experience, emphasizing that despite her own modesty, the suffering caused her to remember him distinctly, due to both the trauma and physical pain she endured.
In court, the victim firmly stated that she could identify Kosiwe not only by his face, which she had seen clearly during the daylight but also because his cruel actions were etched in her memory.
Kosiwe, currently standing trial, has denied the charges, attempting to discredit the victim’s testimony by questioning how she could recognize him.
The prosecution, led by Ronald Mugwagwa, plans to reinforce their case by calling upon another victim, who was also r0bbed in the same incident, highlighting the extent of the gang’s criminal activity and their violent tactics.
The trial will proceed next week as the justice system seeks to hold Kosiwe and his accomplices accountable for their egregious behavior.
