Build One SA leader, Mmusi Maimane has expressed his excitement towards a new South Africa that has moved from liberation policies to governing policies following the formation of the new ANC-DA coalition government.
In a TV interview, Maimane said President Ramaphosa after taking his oath of affirmation during his inauguration at the Union Buildings in Pretoria today, must become a firm decision maker as this new coalition will come with demands.
“My message to President Ramaphosa is that ultimately this is a time to be strong, not to be consensus-seeking all the time”, he stated.
“It is a time to be decisive, in action, because it his last term… I pray he has decision making capabilities, resolutions and effective execution methods”,he added.
He further highlighted that President Ramaphosa’s priority must be to maintain a one and peaceful South Africa.
Several delegates and country leaders including President Mnangagwa have graced the inauguration of President Ramaphosa’s secont term in SA’s 7th adminstration.
