A devastating truck accident occurred last night on the Karoi-Msampakaruma road in Mashonaland West, near the Chembizi area.
The incident took place at the steep slope of Chidavarume, which is known for its treacherous terrain and poor road conditions.
According to source, the accid3nt involved passengers from Sahwirangwanda and Mamvuramachena, and sadly, there were de@ths and injuri3s reported.
The cr@sh occurred in a remote region that is often overlooked and marginalised, with very poor road infrastructure.
The area, which borders Hurungwe and Kariba rural -Nyaminyami before the Sanyati escarpment, is one of the most challenging to access due to its rugged terrain and lack of development.
