Barcelona is currently under a red alert weather warning due to severe storms that have created an “extreme danger” situation in the region.
Authorities are urging residents to refrain from unnecessary travel as intense flash flooding continues to sweep through eastern Spain, resulting in at least 217 fatalities.
Robert Lewandowski’s residence has not been spared, as heavy rainfall has caused flooding in the area.

His wife, Anna, took to Instagram to share videos showing ankle-deep water in their parking area and cars struggling to navigate the flooded roads nearby.
Despite the challenges brought on by the storm, Barcelona’s recent La Liga match proceeded as planned, with Lewandowski playing the full 90 minutes in a 3-1 victory over Espanyol.
While he didn’t find the net in this particular game, Lewandowski has been in stellar form this season, scoring 17 goals and providing two assists in just 15 appearances across La Liga and the Champions League.
