Former South Africa’s sports minister, Zizi Kodwa is set to be sworn in as a Member of Parliament.
According to sources, Kodwa is facing increasing pressure to renounce his National Assembly seat as he is facing bribery and corruption allegations.
Speaking in an interview, the former minister responded to the netizens’s outrage highlighting that the decision to his election after resigning from the cabinet should be answered by the ANC.
“The party will answer that question ..that’s why I had to come here,for one to be an MP you have to be sworn in either by the judge or the acting judge in this case…”, he exclaimed.
