The SADC delegation, currently in the country, has visited the Geo Pomona Waste Management site.
This delegation was led by His Excellency Elias Magosi.
Nick Mangwana, the Permanent Secretary for Information Publicity and Broadcasting Services, confirmed that His Excellency Elias Magosi, Executive Secretary of SADC, led a high-powered delegation to the Geopomona Waste Management site.
H.E. Magosi offered high praise, describing Geo Pomona Waste Management as a benchmark for the region and even the entire continent. He expressed his vision for member states to learn from these waste management solutions.
The SADC team, led by Executive Secretary Elias Magosi, arrived in the country on Wednesday to tour and observe the progress of preparations for the August Summit.
