A US district judge has rejected Sean “Diddy” Combs’ second bail request, citing concerns for community safety and potential witness tampering.
Combs, 54, faces numerous charges, including s3x trafficking, dr_g possession, and firearms offenses.
Combs’ legal team proposed a $50 million bail package with GPS monitoring and strict visitor limitations at his Miami Beach island home.
However, prosecutors argued that Combs’ history of intimidating accusers and witnesses posed too great a risk.
Prosecutor Emily Johnson presented evidence, including text messages, allegedly showing Combs’ coercion and threats to leak explicit videos of women forced into “Freak Offs.”
