The Zimbabwe Republic Police in Glendale is investigating the robbery that occurred at a house in Westview on May 12 around 0200 hours, where armed robbers pounced on a house in Glendale and got away with US$16,300, 2.3 grams of gold, and a 25 kg gas tank.
It is alleged that seven unidentified male suspects, wearing face masks and armed with pistols and a 14-pound hammer, attacked a housekeeper, taking US$700 from his pockets before breaking into a safe where they stole US$15,600 cash, 2.3 grams of gold, and a 25 kg gas tank.
The ZRP is appealing for assistance to recover the stolen items. Anyone with information is urged to report to the nearest police station.
