Talented songbird Shashl, whose real name is Ashleigh Angel Moyo, is set to release her Extended Play (EP) on June 21st.
The launch of the “Butterflies” EP will be held at The Venue in Avondale. Shashl will be supported by talented musicians including Nyasha David, Takura, Young Gemini, King 98, and many more. Tickets are priced at $20 for general admission and $30 for VIP access.
The “Deepisa” hitmaker is steadily building a strong catalogue in the music industry as a female artist.
In March, Shashl released a new track titled “Softly,” which features her signature soulful vocals, expertly complemented by the lush production stylings of Tamuka and the innovative contributions of Stubborn Beats. This powerful combination creates a compelling narrative exploring themes of love and resilience, resonating with fans worldwide.
Shashl’s musical journey began in 2017 with the release of her first song, “No More.”
She has received nominations for Best Female Artist in the Southern African Region at the African Muzik Magazine Awards and Best Newcomer at the Zimbabwe Music Awards.
