Zimbabwean billionaire and founder of Econet Wireless Zimbabwe Limited, Strive Masiyiwa, recently responded to a fan who mistakenly claimed that Masiyiwa had authored a book.
The fan wrote, “There is a book I read written by you.”
Masiyiwa responded, “Rogic Kachanta, I have written no books.”
Meanwhile, social media users quickly joined the conversation, mocking the fan’s error by pointing out that Econet is not a book.
Others suggested the fan may have been confused and intended to say he read a book about Masiyiwa.
