Temba Mliswa, the former Member of Parliament for Norton Constituency and now a headman, has commended President Emmerson Mnangagwa for his decision to approve the Starlink license in the country.
In a public statement, Headman Mliswa said, “The approval of Starlink is an excellent decision by the President as it keeps us in sync with global technology.”
“Congratulations, Mr. President. That is leadership—putting the people first.”
“For rural kids, it will be easier for the digitization program to have an impact.”
Temba Mliswa’s commendation follows President Mnangagwa’s granting of the license to Starlink to offer advanced internet and related digital processing services in Zimbabwe through its exclusive local partner.
