A tragic accident occured on Monday along Mutare Road near Ridgemont that left the community in shock and mourning.
The incident involved a heavily loaded truck and a sleek Toyota GD6, resulting in the death of the GD6’s driver.
Eyewitnesses recounted the harrowing moments leading up to the crash.
The truck, traveling at a considerable speed, appeared to lose control as it approached a sharp bend near Ridgemont.
The driver of the Toyota GD6, a middle-aged man was heading in the opposite direction, completely unaware of the impending danger.

As the truck swerved uncontrollably, it veered into the path of the GD6.
Despite the driver’s desperate attempts to avoid the collision, the two vehicles met with a thunderous impact.
Emergency services arrived promptly at the scene, but it was evident that the GD6’s driver had sustained fatal injuries.
The force of the collision had crushed the front of his vehicle, leaving little chance of survival.
The truck driver, though shaken, miraculously escaped with minor injuries.
