Two truck drivers are facing serious charges of s3xual @ss@ult following an incident involving a male passenger in their vehicle.
Richard Ncube, 48, and Alex Moyo, 22, appeared in the Harare Magistrates Court on Thursday, where they were charged with @ggr@vated !ndecent @ss@ult.
The court session, presided over by Magistrate Marehwanazvo Gofa, resulted in the pair being remanded in custody until November 19, when they will make a bail application.
Court documentation revealed that on November 10, the complainant boarded a haulage truck at Halfway in Chegutu, which was operated by Ncube with Moyo assisting him.

The complainant, whose identity remains confidential for privacy reasons, was traveling to Chitungwiza via Harare.
Upon arriving in Harare, the truck was parked at Zim Meal Company in Waterfalls, where the complainant fell asleep in the passenger seat while waiting for daylight.
During this time, Ncube allegedly began to remove the complainant’s clothing and touch him !nappropr!ately.
Despite the complainant’s pleas for Ncube to stop, Moyo reportedly intervened by brandishing an object resembling a gu_n and threatening the complainant to comply.
Ncube then proceeded to commit acts of s3xual violence, including non-consensual 0ral and @n@l !ntercourse.
After the @ss@ult, the complainant chose to stay in the truck overnight as he was unfamiliar with the area.
The next day, he reported the incident to the ZRP in Mbare, which led to the apprehension of Ncube and Moyo.
