The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has arr3sted two men from Cowdray Park who are @ccused of k!lling 23-year-old Inobubele Mhlanga, who also lived in Cowdray Park.
Their names are Thamsanqa Ndebele, 26, and Euton Sebatha, 36.
On November 4, 2024, at around 8:30 PM, passersby discovered Inobubele lying in a pool of blood near the TM turnoff bus stop in Cowdray Park, Bulawayo.
She had a st@b wound above her right br3ast and several cuts on her hands.
A good Samaritan helped her get to Mpilo Hospital, but she d!ed while receiving treatment.
Her body was taken to the mortuary for a postmortem.

The next day, November 5, 2024, around 11:30 AM, police gathered known robb3ry suspects.
Police were able to arrest both men on a tip-off.
A 27-year-old man named Playmore Mpofu, who was already in custody for robbery, admitted that he often committed cr!mes with Thamsanqa Ndebele and Euton Sebatha in the Cowdray Park area.
During questioning, Thamsanqa confessed to @tt@cking Inobubele at the TM turnoff. He and Euton stole her handbag, which contained $30.
He stated that Euton stabbed her because she recognized him, as they lived in the same neighborhood and knew each other. Police recovered the knife used in the @tt@ck.
ZRP has appreciated the community’s involvement in the investigation.
The public is encouraged to strengthen Neighborhood Watch Committees to promote safety, unity, and community spirit. The arrests of the two men may help Inobubele’s family find closure.
