The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) is actively supporting Zimbabwe’s efforts to combat polio by providing assistance in various areas, including the recruitment of additional healthcare workers.

As part of this initiative, UNICEF is working closely with the Zimbabwean government and local organizations to strengthen the country’s healthcare infrastructure and ensure that children have access to the necessary vaccinations and treatments.

UNICEF’s involvement in the f!ght against polio in Zimbabwe is part of a broader international effort to eradicate the disease worldwide.

By providing crucial resources and expertise, UNICEF aims to help Zimbabwe overcome the challenges posed by polio and protect the health and well-being of its children.

Through these combined efforts, UNICEF is making a significant contribution to Zimbabwe’s fight against polio and helping to pave the way for a healthier, more secure future for the country’s children.
