Two weeks ago,Kimpton Sibanda was c@ught red-handed while s3xu@lly @bus!ng a donkey inside a cattle kraal at Bilas Farm in Bulawayo where he works.He was arrested and appeared in court facings counts of b3sti@lity.
He was convicted on his gu!lty plea.
In a statement of today ,the National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe(NPA) said Sibanda was sentenced to wholly suspended 10-month in prison and 350 hours of community service.
“Kimton Sibanda (40) who is employed as a domestic worker at Bilas Farm in Bulawayo was ordered to perform 350 hours of community service after he pleaded gu!lty to best!@lity charges.
“On the 26th of March 2024, the @ccused person was c@ught in the act of having s3xu@l intercourse with a donkey by two witnesses inside his employer’s cattle kraal.
“The two witnesses reported the matter to police leading to the arrest of the @ccused person. He pleaded gu!lty to the charges and was sentenced to a wholly suspended 10 months imprisonment. He was ordered to perform 350 hours of community service,” reads the statement
