The wife of former boxing champion Arifonso “Mosquito” Zvenyika has publicly confessed to ch3ating on her husband, expressing deep remorse and a desire for forgiveness.
Jesman Mutokonya, 40, admitted to having an affair with a man named Leonard Jamanda, saying she has learned a hard lesson from her mistakes and is now asking for the nation’s understanding.
In an exclusive interview with H-Metro, Jesman expressed gratitude towards her husband for being willing to forgive her and welcome her back into their home in Mbare.
“I don’t want to say much about this situation,” she remarked, “but what was reported in H-Metro is true. I am genuinely sorry for my actions and will never repeat them. I believe I was tempted by the Devil.”

Following the revelation of her infidelity, Jesman fled to her sister’s house, overwhelmed with shame and fear. “I couldn’t face my husband or my parents because of what I had done,” she admitted. However, her husband’s unexpected visit to her parents, pleading for her return, took her by surprise. Initially, she thought it might be a trap, but she was soon reassured by Mosquito’s heartfelt plea for reconciliation.
“He collapsed upon my arrival, and although we hired a vehicle to take him to the hospital, he refused treatment,” she revealed. “He welcomed me back into our home and poured out his heart, reassuring me that he had truly forgiven me. I felt humbled and recognized that we need God’s guidance to sustain our family and marriage.”
The couple has decided to celebrate their reunion, which coincides with Mosquito’s recent 49th birthday. “We missed celebrating his birthday due to my mistake, but now we plan to honor both his birthday and our renewed commitment to each other,” Jesman said, expressing a desire for divine favor and restoration.
