A scene of both sh0ck and sadness reportedly unfolded at a burial in Kadoma, where a man was observed consuming crystal meth, also known as “Guka”, on top of the coffin of his friend.
The man, lighting a homemade pipe, smoked the dru_g, reportedly as a tribute to his deceased friend.
Crystal meth, a potent stimulant that can lead to violent behavior, has seen its grip extend to lower economic classes in the slum areas of the country.
The government’s response is just starting.
