In a lighthearted moment, Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana found himself confronted by a Ugandan woman who was frustrated that he hadn’t responded to her messages on social media.
A viral video captures the woman approaching Onana while he was training with the Cameroonian national team in Uganda. She could be heard insisting, “Tell him to answer my messages,” drawing laughter and attention.

Onana was in Uganda as part of Cameroon’s squad for their match against Kenya in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Kenya had to play their home games in Uganda because none of their sports facilities were deemed suitable for international football by the Confederation of African Football.
Despite the distraction, Onana and his team secured a narrow 0-1 victory, earning a crucial three points that helped them stay at the top of their group with ten points, while Zimbabwe trails with eight points.
The playful encounter has brought smiles to fans as they enjoy the fun side of being a football star.
