In a gripping incident recently captured on camera, two Zimbabwean women have been apprehended for th3ft in a South African shop.
The footage reveals a dramatic confrontation between the women and the store owner, unfolding into a tense exchange of pleas and frustrations.
The two women, both single mothers, were seen desperately trying to explain their dire situation to the shop owner. As they stood in front of the shopkeeper, their voices trembled with emotion.
“As a fellow mother, I’m asking you to understand,” one of the women said, her eyes filled with tears.

“Life is incredibly hard for us, and sometimes we’re left with no other option. I know you might think my excuses are just that, but please, I’m speaking to you as a mother to mother.”
The shop owner, clearly overwhelmed by the situation, responded with mounting frustration.
Her voice rose as she expressed her discontent, shifting her anger from the individual women to a broader critique of their home country’s conditions.
“This is not just about you. It’s about the fact that you come here, trying to take advantage of our situation,” she said. “Your child will know their mother is a thief. You come here to get what you want for free, and now you’ll have to face the consequences. The police are on their way. Why should we suffer because of the failures in your own country? Our president isn’t a thief, and we are not here to clean up your mess.”
