Manchester City FC’s manager and head coach, Pep Guardiola has insisted that former Manchester City star player, Vincent Kompany is the only fit candidate to succeed him at the football club.
“I have a huge opinion about Vinny, it doesn’t matter if he was relegated with Burnley“, Guardiola told the media.
The legendary coach has previously managed Kompany and insists that he is a person of great personality, has knowledge of the game and is well versed in, “handling media things”.
“Yeah, it will happen for sure. You will call me when this is going to happen…”, he further reassured.
Guardiola’s statement towards kompany has attracted positive reactions from fans and supporters of Manchester City as he is regarded one of the best coaches of football in the world so far with 17 trophies and the most established football team in the English Premier League.
