Walking barefoot increase a man’s anaconda size? The truth behind the viral claim

A viral blog post has been making the rounds on social media, suggesting that walking barefoot can boost a man’s g3nital size.

Initially published on June 3, 2020, by Globalnea.com, the claim is back in circulation and now spreading across various platforms in Ghana, Uganda, Nigeria, and beyond.

The assertion implies that spending 30 minutes a day walking on natural ground could lead to a one-inch increase each year.

However, the article does not reference any credible medical research to support its findings. It vaguely mentions “Canadian researchers” studying this in the Democratic Republic of Congo but provides no solid evidence.

Experts, including health professionals, emphasize that a person’s genetic background plays a crucial role in determining g3nital size.

Adrienne Santos-Longhurst from Healthline notes that growth primarily occurs during puberty, influenced by hormones, and typically stabilizes by age 18 or 19.

Dr. Jerry Kennard, a psychologist, cautions against believing in exercises designed to enlarge the g3nital, as there are no muscles involved that could be built through exercise.

Medical officers like Dr. Obi Okechukwu and Dr. Bolaji Ahmed firmly reject the barefoot walking theory, stating there’s no scientific basis for the claim.

The notion that walking barefoot can increase a man’s genital size is FALSE, lacking factual support.
