Socialite Shadaya Tawona has weighed in on the recent scandal involving businessman Wicknell Chivayo, whose Instagram account was hacked, exposing private messages allegedly involving romantic advances toward various women, including socialite Tariro Gezi, Maxine Adam (wife of Prophet Edd Branson), singers Shashl and Kikky Bada$$.
The leaked messages also suggested an affair between Wicknell and Maxine, with reports claiming Wicknell gifted Maxine a car, which he later asked her husband to present to her as a “surprise.”
In a series of provocative tweets, Shadaya addressed the scandal with a blunt perspective:
> “Never utter or believe these words. ‘My woman would never.’ Any man can be cheated on, was cheated on, and will be cheated on. The woman you’re with right now is either a past hoe, current hoe, or future hoe. And there’s really nothing you can do about it except walking away the moment it comes to light. Learn OR perish!!!”
> “Fellas: Never think that money can keep a woman. Surely, it can attract her, but it won’t keep her. If you have to spend money to get her, then you’ll have to spend money to keep her. But the problem is – if it is that easy to get her because you have money, then think of how easier it will be for another man with more money than you. There’s always going to be a man willing to bid more than you. Any woman you have to spend on to get with her is the cheapest, easiest, bottom-of-the-barrel trash. You have heard. Learn OR perish!!!”
> “Vafanha vari kupihwa pressure ne mbavha. Ma sisters achipuhwa pressure nemahure. NO ROLE MODELS!!!”
The hacking incident has created a stir on social media, with users expressing shock and disbelief over the revelations. Wicknell’s ex-wife, Sonja Madzikanda, used the opportunity to reflect on her past, posting, “She was ahead of her time…she walked away from the throne to inherit her peace.”
