In an unusual turn of events at Zhomba High School, a 16-year-old girl experienced the loss of her answer sheet to a sudden whirlwind while taking her science paper 1 exam yesterday.
Seated near a window, she was caught completely off guard when a heavy gust swept through the classroom, carrying her scanner sheet answer paper away to a remote location approximately 2 kilometers into the nearby bush.
The incident was reported to the police, who confirmed the bizarre occurrence, noting the extraordinary nature of the situation.
Fortunately, the invigilators, Mr. Bonface Bungu and Mr. Dhliwayo Fortunate, acted quickly to inform the school head, Mr. Chikunichawa, about the unfortunate mishap.
In a commendable show of support, the headmaster provided the student with a replacement answer sheet, allowing her to continue the exam.
To ensure she had ample time to complete her paper, extra time was granted, all while her classmates bore witness to the unfolding events.
