A Turkish-based Zimbabwean woman is c@ught up in a web of conning at least 20 victims and getting away with thousands of United States dollars in botched business deals.
In a twitter post seen by newsreportzim.com,the suspect ,Patience Mangezi is c@ught up with allegations of defr@uding and sc@mming 20 people and getting away with their valuable money.For fear of victimisation, one of the victims opened up on her experience, describing it as a deal with the devil.
“Up to now, I don’t sleep properly after she thre@tened me with de@th. I don’t know whether I will be able to recover my hard-earned cash from her,” one of the victims highlighted.
A case has since been opened at Harare Central Police Station against Patience Mangezi under IRB number 060063.
