A well-known Zimbabwean businessman, Trevor Simbarashe Mbizvo, also known as “Hell Commander,” is facing serious legal trouble.
He has been charged with rap3 and fraud after allegedly forging an HIV certificate and exposing his South African girlfriend, Laisy Ramokone, to the disease through unprotected s3x.
Mbizvo, who is famous for flaunting his impressive collection of luxury cars on social media, will appear in Pretoria Magistrate’s Court on November 7 to face the charges.
Despite his wealth and status, he has struggled to evade these serious @llegations. He attempted to persuade the National Director of Public Prosecutions (NDPP) to dismiss the case against him, but they informed him that they would move forward with prosecution.
The details of this troubling case have emerged from an excerpt of Ramokone’s upcoming autobiography, titled “Love, Ego, and Hitman,” which is set to be released next year.

In the book, Ramokone recounts how Mbizvo allegedly deceived her regarding his HIV status.
The couple had planned to undergo tests for HIV and other s3xually transmitted diseases before becoming !nt!mate and embarking on a r0m@ntic vacation together.
Ramokone, who had recently d!vorced, tested negative for HIV, but soon received a questionable certificate from Mbizvo claiming he was also HIV negative. Concerned about the authenticity of the document, she contacted a trusted doctor, who confirmed that the certificate was not legitimate.
When confronted about the certificate, Mbizvo initially insisted it was real but eventually admitted that he had asked a police friend to create it for him. To keep the peace and not jeopardize their trip, he suggested they get tested again once they arrived at their vacation destination in Hoedspruit, Limpopo.
During their trip, they indulged in luxurious meals and lavish champagne, but Ramokone insisted on seeing Mbizvo’s test results before they had s3x. However, when they finally met to exchange results, he claimed he had forgotten them. Despite this, they became intimate, but Ramokone later discovered that he had removed the condom without her consent. When she confronted him, he assured her that he was HIV negative.
After the encounter, Mbizvo became unreachable, leaving Ramokone anxious about her health. She began taking anti-retroviral medication as a precaution against HIV and reported him to the police, leading to a formal investigation.
However, things took a dark turn after she filed charges. Ramokone was shot at multiple times by men she believes were trying to intimidate her and prevent her from pursuing the case. Suffering injuries to her face, she was hospitalized, and on top of it all, her cellphone was hacked, with reports of listening devices and drones being spotted around her home.
