The 22-year-old woman reported the rap3 incident to the police last month after Amon Manjengwa, a 44-year-old ZUPCO employee, dumped her and married another woman.
According to Inspector Luckmore Chakanza, Harare provincial police spokesperson, the incident occurred in December last year when the woman went to the ZUPCO Belvedere Depot to apply for a job as a bus conductor.

Manjengwa allegedly approached the woman and told her that he could help her get employed.
He then asked her to follow him into his office, where he locked the door and instructed her to give him her National Identification Card.
The woman refused Manjengwa’s advances, but he pushed her to the floor and rap3d her once without protection.
After the act, Manjengwa begged the woman not to report the matter and promised to marry her.
The two stayed together as a couple for over a year before Manjengwa dumped the woman last month and married another wife.
Manjengwa was arrested on Tuesday and is facing charges of rap3.
