The Premier Soccer League (PSL) is an affiliate of the Zimbabwe Football Association and operates as an independent semi-autonomous institution has delivered the final judgement on the abandoned match between PSL gaints FC Platinum and CAPS United.
In a statement seen by newsreportzim.com, the PSL has awarded the match to FC Platinum on a 3-0 scoreline.
CAPS United have been fined $5000 of which $500 is suspended on condition that the club won’t repeat a similar offence.
Makepekepe coach Lloyd Chitembwe has also been fined $400 for his claims, blasting the match officials.
Last month, FC Platinum hosted the Green Machine at Mandava stadium and the Mapeza coached side were leading by a goal to nil.
The visitors got an equalising goal in 86th from Ralph Kawondera but the goal was ruled out and causes CAPS United fans to invade into the ground.
