Former Real Madrid player Vinicius Tobias has shaken social media after a shocking discovery: a DNA test revealed that the child he believed to be his is not actually his, despite him tattooing the baby’s name on his body.
The dramatic news broke on X (formerly Twitter) through a series of posts that highlighted how Vinicius had just gotten the ink before learning of the child’s true paternity.
This revelation comes a few months after he and the child’s mother welcomed the baby.
In response to the buzz around the situation, Vinicius’ ex-girlfriend took to Instagram to set the record straight and urged people to refrain from criticizing him. Her message, translated into English, states: “As everyone knows, Vinicius and I have been apart for a while. During our separation, we each had other relationships, and then Maitê was born. We decided to get a DNA test, and it turns out Maitê isn’t Vinicius’ daughter.”
She added, “I kindly ask everyone to stop attacking him. I requested that he not be present at the birth or post anything about Maitê until the DNA results came in. We’ve talked everything over and reached a mutual understanding.”
As her statement gained attention, many users flocked to the comments section to voice their opinions.

@TheR9Guy: “So that’s why they broke up? Wow, I really feel bad for him now.”
@royal_bobby24: “When you catch her cheating, she’ll cry, but it won’t be out of regret. Don’t fall for her tears. SAVE YOURSELF.”
@mordecaiarc21: “If I had that tattoo, I’d be changing the baby’s name ASAP.”
@dertash: “He can remove the tattoo, but the emotional pain will cut deeper.”
@MindedPrince: “He’ll just have to wait for another baby to name after the one he tattooed. Every day brings new reasons to fear women.”
@AttackMissile: “You can spot a red flag in how she doesn’t seem happy about the baby in the photo. She knew what was going on.”
@brahim_akkey: “Am I surprised? Not at all. You could tell from her behavior.”
