In a recent development in the ongoing trial concerning the m_rders of Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane, an intriguing twist emerged as one of the suspects, Lindokuhle Mkhwanazi, sought bail through unconventional means.

According to reports from Eyewitness News, Mkhwanazi, who is alleged to be the second gunman in the case, purportedly feigned asthma and furnished a fabricated medical report as evidence. This maneuver came subsequent to his initial declaration of innocence through an affidavit.
The intricate scheme reportedly involved Mkhwanazi’s spouse visiting a medical practitioner accompanied by an unidentified individual posing as the accused. This elaborate ruse transpired on March 11, 2024, a date during which Mkhwanazi was already in custody.
