A truck driver is gaining attention online after recording himself shouting for former first lady, Grace Mugabe as he drove past her residence in Zvimba rural area.
The unruly driver, traveling on Murombedzi Road towards Harare with his haulage truck, elicited laughter from viewers as he approached the late Robert Mugabe’s residence in Zvimba. He switched on his phone camera and began recording.
He then starts hilariously narrating his journey:
“Pfacha pfacha zvangu pa Mdara Mugabe apa. Mai Mugabe varipo ipapa? Haaaa varipo ipapa?”
When he reached the expensive rural home located behind imposing perimeter walls, he started yelling Grace Mugabe’s name. This was all while his truck was at full throttle.
He called her with her known names like “Grace”, “Amai Mugabe” and “Stop It”.
After getting no response, he concluded that she had probably gone out to fetch firewood. In a few seconds, he resumed his “Grace” “Amai Mugabe” screams.
Meanwhile, since the d3ath of former President Robert Mugabe in 2019, Grace Mugabe has been away from the public glare.
Only recently has she been making some appearances, like at VP Chiwenga’s wedding and President Mnangagwa’s inauguration last year.
People online laughed at the carefree truck driver’s work antics.
