A 19-year-old healthcare worker, Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, from Loganville, Georgia, faces felony charges after TikTok videos surfaced showing her dancing provocatively on top of disabled men.
The videos garnered significant attention on social media, prompting an investigation by the Loganville Police Department.
On January 23, 2025, authorities became aware of a viral video depicting Koiyan dancing in scrubs and a stethoscope above a disabled person. Loganville Police Chief Dick Lowry expressed his disgust at the footage, stating, “When I watched it, disgusted is the only word I know.
Exploiting a disabled individual for your own social media gain is unacceptable.”
While investigating the viral videos, police discovered that Koiyan may have also filmed another disturbing video of herself dancing with a man seated in a bathtub.
However, as of now, authorities have not confirmed any additional charges pending further review.

In a response to the backlash on social media, Koiyan posted a video asserting that the individual she danced on was “very aware and comfortable” during the incident. Despite her claims, public condemnation of her actions has been widespread.
Currently, Koiyan is held in Walton County Jail, while officials continue to investigate whether other victims may be involved.
There are indications that she worked in an in-home adult daycare program, but her licensing status remains unclear.
“This is still an ongoing investigation,” Chief Lowry stated, indicating that the police are committed to thoroughly examining the case and any associated allegations.
