A 27-year-old man from Kadoma, Mashonaland West Province was arr3sted by the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) for a case of murd3r which he committed in October last year. The accused person is identified as Learnmore Gwayimani.
The arr3st of Gwanyimani comes after ZRP launched an operation “Bhinya Ngaribatwe” and on Friday last week the Police in Kadoma managed to arr3st him following a tip-off from the community.
According to the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP)’s statement on their X( formerly known as twitter) handle account, Gwanyimani k!lled Selestino Chinyaure at Machipisa Shopping Centre, Rimuka, on October 3, 2024 and went into hide.
“On 21/02/25, police on operation ‘Bhinya Ngaribatwe’ in Kadoma arrested a wanted person, Learnmore Gwayimani (27), who was being sought by the police for a case of murd3r in which he k!lled Selestino Chinyaure at Machipisa Shopping Centre, Rimuka, on 03/10/24,” Police confirmed.
Currently, Learnmore Gwayimani is in police custody awaiting for court appearance facing murd3r charges.
