A 20-year-old man discovered he had undergone a s3x change operation without his consent after being deceived by a so-called friend.
The victim had been subjected to threats and h@r@ssment by this individual for two years.
On June 3, 2024, he was lured to a hospital under false pretenses, with the alleged promise of an immediate medical inspection.
After being put under anaesthetic, the young man awoke to a h0rrifying reality: his g3nitals had been removed, and he had been transformed into a woman.
His “friend” informed him that they would now have to live together and get married, claiming no one from his family or community would accept him anymore.
Furthermore, the accused threatened to harm the victim’s father and take his share of the family’s land if he refused to comply.
The victim recounted his experience to News18, stating, “I had no idea what was going to happen in the hospital. I just came with faith.
When I regained consciousness the next day, he told me that I have become a woman now and we both will have to get married.”
He also revealed that the friend had plans to move them both to Lucknow to settle down and that he had managed to withdraw ₹35,000 from the victim’s bank account.

In response to the incident, farmer leader Shyam Pal organized a protest outside the medical college, demanding accountability from the accused and the hospital staff involved in the unauthorized procedure.
He suggested that the incident may be related to an “illegal business of selling body parts.”
However, the doctors involved denied any wrongdoing, asserting that the procedure was conducted with the victim’s consent.
Police Officer Ramashish Yadav stated that the victim’s family alleged the accused misled them, indicating that an investigation would be carried out.
“The accused will be investigated, and further legal action will be taken on the basis of whatever facts come to light,” he added.
