A Harare woman named Nancy Chihota has accused her husband, Benny Hizaki, of exhibiting an overwhelming s3xual obsession that she claims has led to severe emotional and physical abus3.
Chihota alleges that Hizaki demands s3x from her daily, and shockingly, he reportedly forced her to engage in sexual activity even during her mother’s funeral.
According to H Metro, Chihota revealed that Hizaki has shown little regard for her well-being, insisting on !nt!mate relations even when she is on her menstrual cycle.
Struggling to meet his relentless demands, she has decided to seek a protection order against him, citing ongoing sexual and physical abus3.
“He has threatened me with taking a second wife if I continue to reject his advances, which are almost daily,” Chihota stated. “He expects to have s3x immediately after he returns from work, regardless of my circumstances.”

Chihota recounted a particularly distressing time surrounding her mother’s passing, explaining, “When my mother died, he refused to go with me to the rural areas, and before I left, while I was still grieving, he demanded to have s3x with me. He then again forced himself on me upon my return from the funeral, claiming he has conjugal rights.”
Although she professes to still love Hizaki, Chihota admits that his behavior is causing her to lose interest in their relationship.
In a response to these allegations, Hizaki explained that his actions stem from feelings of betrayal, claiming his wife did not disclose her HIV status to him.
“She has been taking antiretroviral medication for the last five years without informing me. I feel compelled to punish her for that. I do love her, but I can’t trust her,” he said.
After hearing the testimony, Magistrate Meenal Narotam ruled in favor of Chihota, granting her a protection order to ensure her safety and well-being.
