An 18-year-old woman in Mbare, Harare, was reportedly rap3d by her nephew, Tendai Rukono, after she was found intoxicated and n@ked in her bedroom early Monday morning.
The incident unfolded after the woman had consumed two pints of Hunter’s beer before going to bed around 5 AM, following her husband’s departure for work.
She was heavily intoxicated at the time.
Later, while she was asleep, she heard a knock at her door.

When she inquired about who was there, there was no response from Tendai, who instead opened the door and entered the room. Upon recognizing him, the woman greeted Tendai and went back to sleep.
Tragically, while she was in this vulnerable state, Tendai allegedly @ss@ulted her.
Following the ordeal, the woman informed her husband about the incident. In a subsequent confrontation with Tendai, he reportedly confessed to the crime but managed to flee the scene.
Inspector Luckmore Chakanza, spokesperson for the ZRP in Harare Province, has since confirmed the case and is seeking any information that could lead to Tendai’s arr3st.
