A Zambian man found a clever way to protect his car from thieves in a dangerous neighborhood.
Imagine having your car break down at night in a place known for thieves.
You wouldn’t want to sleep in the car because it could be very dangerous, and you definitely wouldn’t want to leave it alone for thieves to take what they can.
This is the situation Simon Mulenga Mwila faced.

He shared his experience on Facebook, saying:
“Last night, my car broke down and wouldn’t move. My neighborhood has many petty thieves, so I worried I would find my car without tires or mirrors. Being smart, I decided to use an ‘African Anti-Theft Method.’
This morning, I checked on my car and found it completely safe—not even a fly touched it! #Umuntu ni Thinking”
This shows how Simon cleverly used people’s beliefs to protect his belongings.
